Portioning out food
Everyone has different opinions, im just sharing mine.. but my dietician said to never weigh when portioning. Your stomach is restricted by the volume you can eat not the weight of the food. You should be measuring your food out by portion size.

Out of surgery
I believe they do that during surgery but they did make sure that I could pee, walk around some as well as eat a little food without too much issue. I had some yogurt and potatoes. Sent from my SM-F700U using BariatricPal mobile app

Mine is the same as this with the exception that I have to do pureed/mushie for a full month before I can do a regular diet... i am really struggling mentally. I want food. Not craving anything bad like ice cream or cake... i just want real food like chicken or a salad..... i don't regret the decision to have the surgery just missing food Sent from my SM-F700U using BariatricPal mobile app
