  1. Everyone has different opinions, im just sharing mine.. but my dietician said to never weigh when portioning. Your stomach is restricted by the volume you can eat not the weight of the food. You should be measuring your food out by portion size.
  2. Mine was indented too. Over time it'll go away and look a little more normal.

  5. I was sleeved 7/29 and up until today have been doing fantastic.. but today I have had a sharp pain under my ribs and right in the center of my abdomen. And I think acid reflux, although it could be anything, really bad all day.. i can't even drink water or take my medication without being in pain.. idk whats going on. Does anyone have any suggestions?

  9. Mine is the same as this with the exception that I have to do pureed/mushie for a full month before I can do a regular diet... i am really struggling mentally. I want food. Not craving anything bad like ice cream or cake... i just want real food like chicken or a salad..... i don't regret the decision to have the surgery just missing food Sent from my SM-F700U using BariatricPal mobile app

  11. Hmm maybe. That is what they gave me in the hospital. Said they wanted me to eat part of it before I could be released. Maybe ill go backwards to just liquids and see if that helps.. Thank you Sent from my SM-F700U using BariatricPal mobile app

It seems like no matter what I eat or drink and sometimes just laying down I get a really sharp pain under my ribs.. is that gas pain? Is it something else?   17. My surgery isnt scheduled until july 29 but I started yesterday getting cold feet and having these exact thought just on the forefront of surgery like "Do i really want to go through with this? Can I do this? What if I am miserable" etc etc.... I guess I am just not 100% sure anymore...
