Sleeved 7/28 down from 215 to 187 Glad to see pounds come off but is it crazy that I fit in the same jeans size 14?

I’m eat so little yet the scale does not move . currently adding exercise would like to be done 8 pounds before 2 month current weight 194

I had my surgery 7/28 I was release two days later on liquid and purée diet. We’re you not release on step 2 purée ? I can tolerate purée everything just gives me gas lol

Rt now my doc just has me taking the multivitamin I’m only 5 days out I had vsg 7/28 I think she will have me start taking other supplements after my 2 weeks check up aug 10 I also take meds for blood pressure and nausea

I use flintstones complete they help with nausea they are chalky

I’m 5 days out and starving. I am on stage 2 diet. Purée is awful. I’m hungry all the time.

That’s my birthday I’m having mine on 7/28 and I have the same liver shrink as you. It seems like it maybe wrong but my nutritionist said it was because of my BMI being low I think mine is 38.6 I am 221 5’3 currently
