How did u break ur stall. I have been stalled for 3 weeks, its so frustrating

Stay away from carbs. Ie yogurt, veggies burgers , and eat cheese at a minimum

This is happening to me aswell. I have to keep postponing meet ups , etc. I just feel like 6months from now i will be in a better shape mentally, physically and emotionally. How do u reject the guys with out being rude?

I have surgery in 4 days and I cheated on my 2 week preop diet. I am going to be on just liquids from now on but should i reschedule?
