Lots of water and focus on protein. I know some people really struggle with fluids early on but it is really important.

My "3 week stall" lasted 3 1/2 weeks. It eventually broke and I've done well following the plan.

Wow - I seem to be feeling everyone's pain today! I too am in a stall that's lasted about a week. Can't tell you what to do to break it other than just wait it out like everyone says and follow your plan.

I can say that if I learned nothing else from this site - Stalls are normal and WILL break if you follow the plan. So... I sit here drinking my coffee about to down a protein shake not so patiently waiting for this to be over! Know you aren't alone and we can celebrate a big loss when the stall is over! :)
