  1. Was still under construction with some updates.
  2. When I was building our home I went out with can recessed lighting and very glad we did! Good lighting threw out the whole house on dimmers. [emoji106]
  3. I'm sorry that your currently going through all that. We wish you the best. Keep us updated.
  4. Keto poop would of chaised their asses out of the operating room! Would of been pretty fun if they were shooting a video for YouTube and a turd hit the floor!
  5. Hell I even got a pre surgery poop in for good measure. Been 4 days, afraid I might of let go on the operating slab aka; table
  6. No, I'm not sleeping with the snoring beauty and her even louder snoring little piglet of a dog! I came out to the living room that is around 35 ft from the bed and still here both of them. I think the piglet has sleep apnea and needs a CPAP. Otherwise it's a very common theme around here. I'm going to turn on the radio and listen to some 70s music excluding disco ( sorry fans) and hopefully fall asleep watching the flames dance in the wood stove. Thank you for the concern. P.S. with how the beauty is rip roaring back there I would think the music can get pretty loud with no problems. Fleetwood Mac Rianna playing right now. NICE!
  7. Try to make sure to have your basics in liquids or chews (no gummies); calcium citrate, a good recommend multivitamin with iron like BariatricPals ( taste better), B12 1000mcg or 5000mcg fast dissolve sublingual, I also am going to be taking extra vitamin c for the first 2 months while healing as my immune system may get be weakened from the surgery. I would recommend you put back some money for possibly a different whey protein Isolate source due to your taste may change after surgery. Me personally just got a fresh tasting unflavored whey protein Isolate so I can make it taste the way I want it to. I will recommend Now Sports nutrition whey protein Isolate unflavored. Been using some from a 5lb container that has 81 servings in it for 2 weeks now. Ordered another one this time a 10lb bag that arrived today. If I missed anything or misspoke per say then other fine folks on here will help you. Good luck. My rny bypass is in about 6 hrs and 20 mins now. Tick tock, tick tock, tock........
  8. I see your still up also. I can't sleep. 4:30 CST is coming up soon, shower, brush my teeth, mouthwash, start a fire in the wood stove, set the thermostat to 65, make my wife some coffee, and then wake sleeping beauty up and put the coffee cup in her hand. Get dressed, and head out. Surgery time of 7:30. Get sliced and diced and hopefully back home by Wednesday or Thursday. I hope your surgery goes well.
  9. I'm laying in bed for the last three hours trying to sleep. Nothing surgery wise seems to be bothering me, except making sure everything around the house is taken care of for the next few days we will be gone. Gotta get up and start a fire in the wood stove in 3.5 hrs, take a shower with the surgical scrub for the third time within 24 hours, make my wife some coffee, brush my teeth, put my phone charger in our go bag, put down extra dogfood, toys, snacks and water for the kids, set the furnace to 65f degrees, and the wake the wife up and hurry up and hand her cup of coffee before she tries to slash my throat with her nails for waking her up before daylight. (The coffee is like a force field protection), and last grab our bag and a refill of coffee for grumpy, then we're out.
  10. Good luck to everyone tomorrow and may your pain meds work well.
  11. Just had a 4 ice cube, 1 packet of stevia, 6oz. Unsweetened almond breeze milk, whey protein Isolate and a Dannon fit and light strawberry cheesecake 12oz smoothie. To be followed up by another 60 oz of water before retiring to my bed tonight around 9 ish. Then get up every 2.5 hours to urinate. The morning will be early to drive 1 hr. to the hospital by 7:15 and finally start my surgery around 8:00 am CST.
  12. Well the hospital just called and gave the time for tomorrow's surgery. It's going to be at 8:00am CST. I have to arrive at 7:30. I hope everybody's surgery goes well!
  13. I agree a hundred percent. I been buying since March. The only thing I'm not getting again is the Genepro.
  14. I started my journey last February at my PCP office. It's been a long lonesome road till my wife got on board. She saw me dropping weight then hey let's do this together. She has lost around 25 and I lost 57 and 6 " off my waist so far.
  15. I was joking around when I had spinal fusions and sleep apnea surgery the same day. It's how I probably deal with stress. If I offend anyone, it's unintentional. Usually.
  16. I try to make light of things in life. It's too short to be serious all the time.
  17. Your more than welcome. I've been trying to prepare for any problems for my RNY surgery tomorrow. I'm sure I haven't gotten everything but I should be close. Maybe! Best of luck.
  18. Don't forget to ask your insurance if the hospital pharmacy is allowed to be used to fill your prescriptions.
