  1. I'm trying to maintain the muscle mass, so protein is really my main priority.
  2. Thank you, had to fill it out my tablet. Wouldn't work on my phone.
  3. I'm just wondering if everyone has the same full symptoms? I personally feel some discomfort in my lower front ribs, mouth waters badly, and left nostril runs. Thank you for your answers ahead of time!
  4. I put in what it would allow. But my stats are blank and for some reason it won't let me change them.
  5. I've been trying to figure out how. Under my avatar I see the area, but when I go to put my info in it won't allow me to. Is there another way?
  6. Yesterday was my 10th day post-op and I can honestly say that I am eating great. Yesterday morning I ate 1/8 cup oatmeal with a 1/4 cup mashed bannana in it and 2 packets of Stevia. Went down wonderfully with no discomfort. Lunch time, I ate a 4oz airfried chicken breast with lemon pepper. Dinner time, I ate 4oz Salmon with old Bay sprinkled on it and a splash of lemon with 2oz green beans. Everything is going well. I just skipped the puree stage and chew to a pulp. Can't feel my incisions anymore. No discomfort from the surgery at all. That's my update. I really hoping that everyone else is doing great as well.
  7. It's beautiful, bright sunshine but cold out here in Tennessee. I couldn't stand it anymore, so my wife and I decided to go to Walmart and walk around some other stores. I was still wearing my 44" jeans and they were loooooooooose on me. My wife asked me to go and try on some new jeans. Tried some on. 38" is still a tad tight but got them, paid for the jeans. Wore the jeans out. Felt really good to see the difference. Little victories are nice.
  8. Bitchy personality is more like it!!!!!! And yes she's nuts I do believe.
  9. I'm not sweating the small **** anymore. It was just the timing that got me. I'm feeling good this morning as far as the RNY goes. My back pains is another story.
  10. More like 290, she a big one. I come from both sides of the family of very obese individuals.
  11. Good morning and thank you. I've always been hard to bruse and fast healer.
  12. No more pains at all from surgery. Still not losing weight since released from the hospital. Under 600 calories a day. At least 60 to 70 grams protein a day. No sugars or carbs yet. All vitamins and minerals are being taken daily. I just have to wait till the scale starts slip sliding down again. I hope everyone a great day as well. You got to just love how they shave us for surgery.
  13. Next morning update. I had no signs and no dumping from eating the 2oz of chicken, so it's on the menu today. I plan on 2oz for lunch and dinner and that will be 20grams of protein. Plus I'll have a breakfast shake with 30 grams. In-between these times I will have a cup of Fair Life skim milk with 13grams of protein. Total of 63grams protein.
  14. No but it seems like some doctor's directions for times seem to be different. I won't even eat Mashed potatoes. I don't like mushy foods. I told my surgeon this and he said I would have to be the blender then. Chew till everything that was a solid, is a pulp.
  15. Feeling good! My back still is killing me but everything related to the RNY is going great.
