  1. 3 week stall is typical - Stay on you plan it will break and back to losing
  2. Male but i stay around 500 - 600 a day since Surgery and flew the weight off - Now i am going to try and stabilize a little and bump it up a little. Biggest problem at this low calorie count is i am freezing my ass off in Naples Florida? Doing some Cross Fit so i need more protein and a bump in calories. Also running low like this you tend to sleep a lot -
  3. I have every soup base there is - Soups and stews are my lifeline still to this day -
  4. I am not very long term but i can pretty much handle as above any food, For example this weekend ate a Cookie made for x mas - Also had a slice of pIzza hut pizza. I have found that i really do not care for food anymore so as i switch to the next holding it off phase Im going to be careful. The days of a quarter pounder double and a fries super sized are over, The bread and grease will get you, but in general have no problems eating small little tastes A female friend just said this the other day - Its not like you can not enjoy the taste of food, You can not enjoy the piles of food as you use to. I feel so much healthier and confident now so GUYS going to say it again F@#ck Food!
  5. Puree it You dont want to rush - This is a journey not a sprint! You body will tell you when it is ready and for sure do not start with Chicken! No clue why but is a enemy of WLS surgery people Soft egg - Soft Fish -
  6. No rubber stopper in the stomach drain - Be careful you send to much thru and going to be a blow out, I could handle a can of soup and water also but would pace it over 15 minutes or so
  7. i still drink Carbonated drinks in fact having a diet coke as we speak- but Not the same as Pre OP gotta drink it slow, however my brother can not handle any carbonation. I joined cross fit and do rowing work out - Finding cross fit tones all the areas where the weight has lost
  8. No restriction here either - But i do not drink coffee but could if i wanted it
  9. Takes awhile i was uncomfortable and miserable for a few weeks - Then like overnight i felt great - Ride it out as for the heartburn get meds for it from your Doc. Soon life will be normal - but we all agree the pre week diet sucks and the first few weeks after suck. But its worth it big time
  10. You body is still recovering and adjusting to the new You! Stay on course and all of a sudden it will just be like magic pounds falling off - Your body has gone thru a beating it will take time to get it on the correct path this time. Stay on the program and it will work. Welcome to the Journey enjoy it AJ
  11. Yes as above - Walk walk walk sip sip sip walk walk sip - Sounds simple but it works
  12. Welcome to the journey - In 5 months you will be able to keep up with the players on the court, All the hard stuff is now and it will go away and become easy. As a guy you are going to shred weight fast if you stay on the plan. One thing i suggest since you are active - Get really good with the vitamins, Minerals and Supplements, It took me awhile to get balanced out but once i did was like super power, Biggest change i had
  13. Third time - DOC MEDS = I have a post in my history of the little yellow pills i took - Worked great
  14. Its the speed bumps in the journey - Mix up the pureed a little different types, Variety may bet your mind off the desire to eat food. Some of it may be head games,
  15. Welcome to the Journey going to be a good one - The pain and bully poop goes away shortly - Ride it out and the rewards are amazing
  16. I asked my doc a few months back and he said it is fine - More water is good it will just flow thru - However i did not give him a time like you stated
