10 Week Post Op Weight loss stall

Experiencing my first stall. I know it's normal. Just curious if anybody has any tips or something they've tried to break the stall?

do as i did throw the scale out the window hit it with a hammer then wait a week or two and buy a new one it will make you feel better

  • Breath and stay on course - I can fix the stall Do not weigh yourself for a few weeks - Really take a break from the scale and just stay on your program.

  • Oh they're so, so frustrating. Just rest assured that it's nothing you've done wrong. Therefore, there isn't something you can do about it. It just has to run its course. Hang in there and keep up

That is the best advice

Change something up. Eat a bit more, increase your carbs or protein or water intake or change up/increase your exercise. That should clear it within a week.

I haven't hit a true stall longer than 3 days yet (knock on wood) but there have been full weeks where my weight loss has slowed to 1-2 pounds in those weeks.

Thanks everybody for the advice! :) I'm gonna stay off the scale and change up my routine and foods. Hopefully that'll make a difference.
