  16. Thanks everybody for the advice! I'm gonna stay off the scale and change up my routine and foods. Hopefully that'll make a difference.
  17. Experiencing my first stall. I know it's normal. Just curious if anybody has any tips or something they've tried to break the stall?
  18. There's a Green Tea hair rinse you can make at home that I've read helps with the hair loss. I've started doing one a week. https://maneaddicts.com/3-tea-rinses-that-will-transform-your-hair/ Your pictures look great and I can't tell you've had hair loss but maybe this will help. Vitamins, Protein and Biotin !
  19. I'm 6 weeks post op and have just started eating some soft meats. This is making me very sick and I've even experienced the dumping syndrome. Has anyone had this problem with meats? Any suggestions?

  22. Hey October peeps. I am 7 days post op as of today. 11 lbs gone as of today. I stayed one night in the hospital. The staff was wonderful. I had the achy gas in my chest the first couple of days but after I started walking that went away. I am on the liquid diet now and will continue that another week. Can't wait til the pureed food stage. I haven't seen my scale budge in awhile and it is so nice to get on the scale now and see a difference. I am so excited about this new way of life It's tough, but the payoff is going to be amazing! Good vibes to everyone!

  29. You will do great! Good luck to you next week!
  30. This was a great idea! Thank you for posting this. Just curious, anybody not doing the liquid diet before surgery, what kind of foods are you eating to prep for the surgery? Just wondering if it's better to go ahead and start incorporating the protein shakes, etc now. I'm 14 days from surgery, feeling excited and nervous.
