Hair loss help
There's a Green Tea hair rinse you can make at home that I've read helps with the hair loss. I've started doing one a week. https://maneaddicts.com/3-tea-rinses-that-will-transform-your-hair/ Your pictures look great and I can't tell you've had hair loss but maybe this will help. Vitamins, Protein and Biotin !

October 2019 surgery peeps?
Hey October peeps. I am 7 days post op as of today. 11 lbs gone as of today. I stayed one night in the hospital. The staff was wonderful. I had the achy gas in my chest the first couple of days but after I started walking that went away. I am on the liquid diet now and will continue that another week. Can't wait til the pureed food stage. I haven't seen my scale budge in awhile and it is so nice to get on the scale now and see a difference. I am so excited about this new way of life It's tough, but the payoff is going to be amazing! Good vibes to everyone!

October Surgery Roll Call
This was a great idea! Thank you for posting this. Just curious, anybody not doing the liquid diet before surgery, what kind of foods are you eating to prep for the surgery? Just wondering if it's better to go ahead and start incorporating the protein shakes, etc now. I'm 14 days from surgery, feeling excited and nervous.
