  1. But for me I think the song that most pumps me up is “ Hustling” by Rick Ross or “Whatever you like” by TI They are not new songs but they motivate me Because this is an every day hustle and I CAN have whatever I like to happen on this journey if I work for it .

  7. How’s everyone doing ? Kicking butt I’m sure!! Hubz and I are 18 days out he’s lost 42lbs and I’ve lost 31 lbs. We had our post op a couple Day’s ago and our Dr said we are ahead of schedule and to keep up the great work ! We are working the program and walking. We are very competitive so that helps to keep us on track but it also means although I’m happy for him and know men lose faster but I do feel slightly salty when we weigh in ?. The swelling is starting to go down and show a little more in our abdomens but You can tell the most in our faces. Hope to hear some updates from y’all too soon!
  8. You’re Doing Great! Keep killin it! Hubz and I are 18 days out he’s lost 42lbs and I’ve lost 31 lbs. We had our post op a couple Day’s ago and our Dr said to keep up the great work!

  10. I had a significant repair too! The pain lessens in a few days! At 13 days out I don’t feel any pain from it at all now I just feel sometimes when I swallow it’s like a little restriction almost where they suture it. Hard to explain the feeling lol
  11. I’m going to download the happy scale app to check out! Hubz and I are 12 days out and at 31&27.
  12. My husband and I both have very physically demanding jobs (Operator and I&E) we were both required to be out 4 weeks until we could go back without restrictions.

  19. It definitely does suck that you can’t tell when we lose, on a thinner person a 30lb loss looks drastic. A few more lbs and I can be at that milestone with you!! I’ve lost 26 and Hubz has lost 30 and you can’t tell on either of us! If anything you can see it a tiny bit in our checks but nothing else.
  20. Didn’t forget to updat guys! I’m working on it! New updated list soon i promise! Things have been hectic
