  1. great job ladies!!! Hubz & I are 121 & 98 lost respectively since 7/9. He’s passed up his first goal and decided to keep going I’m about 40 from my goal. Just keeping on keeping on
  2. I follow my plan ALMOST to a T. ... Carbonation is one of the rules I’ve broken because I drink flavored sparkling water or la croix on occasion.
  3. Everyone’s recovery is different and honestly I feel like attitude has a lot to do with it. Recovering from surgery is not an easy task by any means but If you are positive about your new journey and proactive about getting out there and making the best of it it will seem a lot more tolerable than if you allow the small inconveniences get you down and keep you holed up in bed. Work your plan, and enjoy the process, each day is a day closer to your goal. Enjoy your new life!
  4. Neither of us had the tired or lethargic side effect from surgery. We were out and about all day for errands or fun pretty early on
  5. We were both back driving within a day or two of being home. Our Dr told us that once we were off pain meds that we were fine to drive as soon as we felt well enough to do so.
  6. I use dip as well I have for a few years now, once you go dip you won’t go back!

  8. A lot of people also love the fair life at Walmart because they taste like ice cream. They do and I drink them some days but it’s hard to finish because it’s so sweet. I drink unico a lot and gnc lean a lot.
  9. Middle of the second week I brought back cardio but I didn’t start hitting hardcore workouts until the 4th week
  10. Hey guys it’s been a while just checking in! So glad to hear everyone doing so great! Things have been good here too ! He’s at 98 lost and I’m at 85 lost. I’ll try not to be gone so long before the next update!
  11. For me that pain was from my stomach/pouch pulling down so when I’d lay down I got relief. It was gone by week 2
  12. Yep congratulations you’re in ketosis!
  13. Meow that’s how ours is no simple carbs like breads, rice, pasta but carbs that come from good protein sources like beans etc are okay as long as we keep it lower than 20-30 per day
  14. You are totally normal. I definitely had several “food funerals” before mine! Lol
  15. I love the peach it’s so yum I just tried my first few sips since surgery recently and I did fine just a couple burps
  16. Haha and I love the mom of amazing lol
  17. Thank you!! That’s my total weight loss. 57 is since surgery. My husband had it the same day he’s lost 76. We eat as perfect as possible, drink a **** load of water, hit the gym every single day and walk every chance we get.
  18. Funny you posted this. Yesterday my trainer was like hey you are chugging again ! I hadn’t realized I was doing it because there wasn’t pain. But omg in the beginning I could swallow only like a couple I’ve chips worth lol. I’m 7 weeks out.
  19. I use Unico Yummino for my BCAAsits sweet but not overly so.
  20. It’s because it’s extended release and you are used to the IR adderall. I complained at first when I switched to extended release adderal. You never feel it “kick in” but over time you will realize it is working you just have to get use to the difference.
  21. I’m going to message you some stuff!
  22. I never would have done this well if we were not both all in. That’s so awesome you are so close to leaving 300s I think I will cry the day I leave the 200s
  23. Thanks! Mine has done the same since I brought back lifting and CrossFit. But the inches are flying so I’m not that mad lol. Surgery day my husband and I were 340 & 290 our last weigh in was 262 and 239.
  24. Just realized We have the same surgery day!
