  3. I have had ABSOLUTELY NO struggles so I ma in the minority here in that regard. Other than gas pain I did not even know I had surgery. just watch your intake and you'll be fine!
  4. Has anyone tried the Protein Energy bars online here? I love lemon and the lemon meringue ones look yummy
  5. It has been worse since surgery with skin hanging. Of course i live in florida where the humidty is 120 lol
  6. About the lady anti monkey butt powder for when I run. It has really helped. It's basically powdered calamine
  7. it really did help me to have something of more substance in your belly! and I felt full longer!
  8. Soft scrambled eggs saved me! lol try some soft cheeses, I recommend laughing cow, and oikos triple zero yogurt!!! You got this!
  9. That will do it. It does not take long to stretch it out and if you do it repeatedly by overeating it will be back to normal size. Good luck!
  10. increasing activity will def help. you should be exercising at 5 days a week. Good luck!
  11. I was on clear liquid three days then full liquids until week three. for me that included yogurts, cream soups, sugar free jello and popsicles. anything I could puree I did lol
  12. I weigh in once a week. the reason for this is you can gain/lose 3-5 lbs daily in water weight. watching those numbers will make you crazy.
  13. pretty much anything you can puree should be allowed. I had pureed green bean casserole for xmas at two weeks! just had to have a taste!
  14. Congratulations! Had my first at 40! talk with both your surgeon and your OB/GYN. make sure that baby can get what it needs
  15. B12 is your friend! I take a supplement in addition to my vitamins. hang in there!
  16. Nerium it is great but so expensive. I use Rodan and Fields facial products and love them but have been using the gold bond neck and chest cream on my turkey neck and it helps I use Nivea skin firming lotion on my legs and arms.

  18. If I refer to her at all it is Missy...as in Okay Missy settle down. that was something new I put in there. I have been trying a lot of new foods, getting so bored with the norm since surgery LOL
  19. My "last Supper" was a grilled T-bone, twice baked potato and ice cream for dessert. I ate about half LOL
  20. DO NOT PICK IT OFF! LET IT FALL OFF. Mine took three weeks!
  21. moisturize and hydrate!!!! I am 52 and already have quite a bit of loose skin to deal with. strength training and toning exercises will help as well. YOGA and Pilates are your friends! I also use Nivea skin firming lotions every day! twice a day!
  22. I have been being naughty as well, eating things I know I should not and it has stalled my loss. I 'started over' yesterday and have begun anew. you can do this!

  24. I did not try any meat except ground beef, like chili, spaghetti, etc. they ricotta bake is amazing and was great pureed. I had surgery right before Christmas so I ate all the traditional dishes pureed, like green bean casserole lol
