looking for a free app

Looking for a free app for my new iPhone that will let me log my blood pressure/ glucose & pulse oximetry in one app.

I had one when I had called Samsung health. But of course it doesn't work on iPhone. Somebody help me.Please

    Your iPhone might already have one simply called Health. I have it on my phone but don't remember specifically loading it. The icon is a white square with a red heart in the upper right corner. Within the app is Health Data and from there you can go to Heart and log blood pressure. In Results there is an area for glucose and oxygen saturation.
