  1. In clothes I am looking good, but I have so much extra skin now. I would rather not have all the hanging skin, but I would rather have all the empty skin than the fat that it once contained. I won't be able to afford the plastic surgery to get rid of it, so I look at it as dues paid for years of weak will and over eating. I choose to be proud of my saggy skin.
  2. It is work, and if my arthritis would allow me to exercise more, it would be easier, but it is doable. I know I will get there. Just keep working at it, and you will get there too.
  3. Thank you, HipHopDiva, you are on your way. Good luck!
  4. Guzzling can stretch out you stomach. You want to be very careful not to drink too much at a time. I too was a guzzler. " Fill up on water to prevent over eating" but that won't work anymore.
  5. I started my weight loss journey, this time, March 2018. I had my sleeve surgery on February 19th 2019. So much happier these days.
  6. Wishing you a good surgery experience and a quick recovery!
  7. Let me add my condolences for the rough time you have had after your surgery, and my best wishes for a speedy recovery! Hang in there, we are here for you.
  8. We are not here to judge, but to support each other. It is a long journey, keep your eyes on the prize, and you will be fine!

  13. I used My Fitness App before I got Samsung Health.
  14. Right? For the little bit of work I ask it to do, I would think it would have the decency to keep the complaints down to a minimum! LOL
  15. Your neck needs to bend to get the breathing tube down your throat. They need to insert the tube to hook you up to a respirator for the surgery.
  16. First of all, I wish you success on this second try. Second, I love this picture!! It is exactly how I feel!!!
  17. I like eggs and egg drop soup.
  18. ? Sorry, that sucks. Wish I knew how to help.
  19. I am 67 days post-OP and only 25 pounds down since surgery. That makes a total of 95 pounds down total, but I have a long way to go, as I was 399 when I started this weight loss journey. I'm a little discouraged by the slow pace of my post-op weight loss. I keep telling myself that slow and steady wins the race , blah, blah, blah, but I thought it would come off a lot faster. I have been following the plan, but the Easter candy is starting to look so tempting. I was told that right after surgery, you couldn't help but lose weight. That it would just drop off. Well I was losing about a pound a day for two weeks or so and then I had a two week stall. I even gained 5 pounds eating 600-700 calories a day. Some days I couldn't even get up to 600.
