  1. I was very active in the gym prior surgery also.. My surgery was a breeze.. I had it on Thursday, drove 3 hours to beach next morning, only pain med I needed was tylenol..I walked everyday after surgery and was back on treadmill 4 days later... No problems....I didn't do any crunches or weights for a couple of weights.. Good Luck

  4. Hi all, I have to totally agree ,,, My experience with Dr. Moran's office was great. They seemed pleasant every time I called. I wasn' t looking for a Dr. to dote on me,,,I wanted one who would get the job done and have my body in his best interest... I found all of that in Dr. Moran and his staff.. My process went from start to finish in 2 months... I am very happy with Dr. Moran thus far...

  6. I've been on pre op for 2 days,, surgery tomorrow morning... I've had 1 low carb slim fast each day and 2 cps of chcken broth.. not hungry either.. yiipppeeee!!!
  7. Wow!!! that is great,, Im banding on Wednesday,, hope I have that kind of success...
  8. Has anyone been told they could have a few sips of coffee in the morning? Any reasons why you could not? Thanks, Joleigh in NC:thumbup:
