Exercise!

Today I realized how much I really am going to miss the gym when I have my sugery. I workout four times a week, which my patient advocate said was good. But I have heard it's pretty intense coming from abdominal surgery when you head back to the gym. I guess the thing to do is work out hard before going in.

I was very active in the gym prior surgery also.. My surgery was a breeze.. I had it on Thursday, drove 3 hours to beach next morning, only pain med I needed was tylenol..I walked everyday after surgery and was back on treadmill 4 days later... No problems....I didn't do any crunches or weights for a couple of weights.. Good Luck
