  1. I'm thinking seriously of Red Lobster for my "last meal".
  2. ARMoma45 replied to a post in a topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I FINALLY got my date of July 22nd for RNY....after 14 months of working towards it
  3. I absolutely love my fitbit. I didn't realize they have a forum though. I'll check it out.
  4. Great job...i'm so not a meal prepper...but I guess I will have to learn to like it lol.
  5. According to my requirements, those visits would be considered as one. I had to have 6 consecutive monthly visits. I guess the breath test is for H. Pylori but no idea about the dye test.
  6. ARMoma45 replied to debra102364's topic in The Gals' Room
I'm sure everything will be fine
  7. I've been very fortunate to have highly supportive coworkers, but honestly it wouldn't matter to me...because I know that this is right for me and that i've done a ton of research. Please don't let anyone with negativity in their hearts cause you even one moment of self doubt or worry...it just isn't worth it
  8. I can understand having to quit smoking, vaping and cannabis...but I wonder why no cbd oil since you can get it without any thc in it.
  9. I had to have an endoscopy within the last 2 yrs, psych evaluation(had to be an actual Psychiatrist, not a counselor), 6 months physician assisted diet, sleep study(since I showed a mild sleep apnea, I had to get on the cpap machine and show compliance for 30 days) and meet with a nutritionist. These were all insurance requirements except the cpap compliance which is required by my surgeon/anesthesiologist.
  10. I finally got it...it's July 22nd but i've been adopted into this group lol.
  11. I tried the Premier rtd in chocolate and caramel...oh my gosh, that was toothache sweet lol. I got my sample box in from Unjury last week and so far have drank the 2 rtd and while the chocolate wasn't good to me, the vanilla was..just a tad too sweet, but pretty good. This is weird because i'm a total chocolate nut. I've also tried the vanilla and chocolate splendor packs mixed with almond milk and they are really good...I put more almond milk in to cut some of the sweetness.
  12. Could be why you're so tired...remember, protein first.
  13. I'm just ready to get to my surgery date...i'm sooooo excited
  14. Sounds like you're doing great. We're continuing to send you good thoughts and prayers
  15. I'm so glad that you are doing so well
  16. It would scare me to start liquids so late...what if you're liver is enlarged? Regardless, positive thoughts and good vibes coming your way...you've got this!!!
  17. Best of luck on your big day...I know that you'll do fabulously
  18. I've been on a prescription Vit D for going on 2 years and it's still almost nonexistent...when I first had it checked it was 7 and my last check a few weeks back was 13
  19. Oh, I so hope this happens for me. I've been battling low vitamin D for a year and a half with little to no results.
