I HAVE FINALLY AFTER 8 MONTHS RECEIVED MY DATE! July 18th 2019 ?

Absolutely so excited and would love to thank you all for giving me advice and feedback, it is completely appreciated and i am just so excited. First ever surgery and I'm ready!

Anyone else have or had surgeries in July? Would love to know! ?

I think you may be our first July 2019 Firecracker, but I am sure there will be Many Many more! Congratulations on getting a firm date, one of my friends is still at the " Should be soon" stage, feeling like she's dealing,with a Bowl of Jello, said she is thinking of axe- murdering that person, but blows bounce off Jello anyway!LOL

Congrats! I am scheduled for RNY on July 2 or June 26, but it's most likely to be July 2. My countdown tells me it's 40 days away from surgery date and I go thru cycles of being excited and nervous!

Good luck to the both of you!! You guys will do great .. I got my bypass on February, wouldn’t change it for anything ?

I'm scheduled for the sleeve on July 2. My insurance doesn't cover bariatric surgery, so while I didn't have to jump through approval hoops, I get the bonus stress of having it done in Mexico. Actually the only real point of stress for me there is flying 5 hours home 3 days after surgery.

Me too!!! this will be a revision for me- VSG to RNY because of GERD and because I'm fat again...

I have my date, July 1st!! I am also nervous and excited... going for the gastric bypass! Glad I have folks to talk to who are going through what I'm going through.

Hi there, I'm also having a VSG done July 1. I'm filled with anticipation and anxiety at the same time. I can't wait to be done with the Cpap. High BP, bad knees and overall feeling like crap..

Do you know who is going first? Maybe tell hubs you should, but things are really up to the Bariatric Center. Important thing is YOU BOTH GET DONE, YOU HEAL TOGETHER, YOU BOTH HAVE GOOD LIVES AND A BEAUTIFUL LIFE TOGETHER !
