  2. I had my surgery when I was 24 and I am now 2 years out which makes me 26 and let me tell you I’m so happy I did it and wouldn’t change it for anything!!
  3. Can we drink live women probiotics? My nut told me to drink some weeks before surgery but she never said if we can drink them after and if it’s beneficial

  10. Mine says I can start incorporating starches when I have lost 65-75% excess fat or at month 6 .. i believe i have lost 75% but I’m 5 months so I’m not sure what to do

  12. I usually always eat 2 ounces of meat but it’s usually chicken and that time I ate 2 ounces of ground beef, I don’t really eat beef but the times I have it was never a problem until yesturday .. the pain was so bad I almost went to the hospital but it went away after like an hour
  13. Has anyone else experienced super bad pain after eating? I just at 2 ounces of meat and I literally have been in such pain for about 30 min it feels like a big stabbing a little above my belly button and it radiates to my back .. it’s soooooooo painful

I am 4 months post op and haven’t had no starches at all or nothing starchy .. on my surgeons book it tells me to start incorporating starches till 6 months post op or till about 75% excess body fat is off

  20. I barley hit my first stall and I think it’s been 3 weeks, I am in my 4th month.. I was thinking what can it be because I’ve been doing every Im supposed to.. After your guys stall did you guys start loosing the weight a little quick again?

  22. Gas pains are the worst .. what helps a lot are Gas-x and Can get them over the counter.. I highly recommend them
