Probiotics for us?

Does anyone know of some good probiotics for us Bariatric patients? I used to take some before the surgery but those pills were huge and now I can only take pills the size of an m&m

I got these at Sprouts in the medical refrigeration area. They are very small. I take them twice a day.

Yes, I take the "Pearls" brand. They are like tiny little pearls, and are formulated to be absorbed in the small intestine. They are so small, I imagine they go right thru the stoma from the pouch and into the intestines.

I use chewable made by nature made. They're pretty tasty.

My dietician said the Garden of Life Raw Probiotics are the best to take. They're on Amazon. I've never taken them so I can't say how they work good.

I like the ones Bariatric Advantage make.
