Depends I can step up to the plate and send the little guys in and hit the target! This is such a open question but i would consult with a OB, Not us wack jobs on this site!

I noticed you posted this in a couple of different ways. I gather you are a year out? If you want to get pregnant, why not make an appointment with a fertility specialist to discuss it? If you do get pregnant, please consult with a dietician. Good luck!
