Yes, I have marginal ulcers where my pouch was joined to my intestines. I also have a stricture, which has been severe. So it is hard to tell which caused the most pain and nausea, but I think it wad the stricture. I had pressure in my pouch like I was going to throw up. Hope this helps. Are you on a PPI?

Omg I had the same thing. I am on TPN at home, but I’m finally feeling better. The ulcer has to heal. I had nausea and vomiting. They still may need to do reconstructive surgery.
