  1. Sounds like you're rocking it ...congrats. Oh and I don't track my food either. It's hard when I usually vomit most of it back up lol.
  2. Thank you. I'm scheduled for gallbladder removal next month so hopefully that'll get me back on the right track. I'm officially down almost 103 lbs total and about 88 since July so i'm really pleased with the progress even with the setbacks. Right now I use a lot of phenergan and zofran lol.
  3. Hot hands and toes are my favorite cold weather aid. It's the only thing that got me through the game last Friday lol.
  4. My PCP actually stopped my gym time and said to just concentrate on getting my steps. I've not been able to consume more than 200-300 calories a day and was burning more than that in the gym daily. Since i've stopped doing weights my weight loss has really picked up speed. I'm hoping to add the gym back in a couple days a week probably after this week. BTW, I can't get more calories because I have a bad gallbladder and need to get it out ASAP.
  5. Good luck to you...I know you will do GREAT
  6. I am 12 weeks out down 95 lbs total...80 since July.
  7. I found out that I have developed gallstones so that is the most likely cause of my constant pain.
  8. My Dr actually told me to cut my workouts down to just getting my steps. I had only been able to get maybe 200-300 calories a day because I vomit almost daily and I was burning more calories than that in the gym every day. I was getting very weak. So now, i'm trying to add more calories so that I can go back to my regular workouts. I had been losing really slowly even with my calories being in the negative so hopefully this will jump start my progress.
  9. Wow, congrats!!!
  10. They most likely won't let you drive yourself and will suggest that you stop every 45 mins-hour to walk to prevent blood clots.
  11. I also haven't attempted to date yet. I'm just kind of in my own little bubble lol, doing my thing.
  12. What's the rough cost in Mexico for this procedure?
  13. LOL...I want one of those meal cards.
  14. I'm coming up on 3 months and feel pretty good most days. Still weak in my arms and legs but I attribute that to not getting enough calories. I'm going to the gym an hour a day 5 days a week doing treadmill for about 40 mins and the rest on weights. Still having trouble getting my protein goals but am doing much better on fluids. I can definitely tell a huge difference in my body. It's exciting.
  15. Just keep going. I had a brief stall and was working out 5 days a week and still couldn't budge the scale...but one day it just ended lol. Keep working out and eating well and it'll be fine.
  16. I WANT mine to go away lol but so far i've only lost in band size.
  17. I had originally planned for the sleeve but during my research I found that my existing GERD would be better with RNY and possibly worse with sleeve...that's why I chose RNY. I also had about 150 to lose so I opted for the smaller stomach.
  18. I'm down 80 lbs total...65 since surgery and am going to the gym 5 days a week using the treadmill and weights. I seem to have stalled the last few days but I also am just getting off my period so we'll see if I bounce back in the next few days. I can finally keep down plenty of fluids but still fighting with the food. Overall I feel good.
  19. It's totally head hunger. We all get it.
  20. I'm sorry that you had to go through that. Unfortunately, when some people don't get their way, they show their true colors. Count yourself as blessed that he is out of your life and keep on keepin on
  21. Thank you...it's going ok...still figuring this whole new pouch out lol.
  22. I have my good and bad days lol. Still can't eat more than 3 bites of anything but am better at getting in my fluids. I've been going to the gym 5 days a week so I feel a lot better and the weight is coming off steadily...i'm down almost 80 lbs from my highest and about 62 or 63 since early July...so all in all it's going really well
