***Update***
I'm just shy of 3 months out and down 42 lbs. I thought I'd be down more by now but I'm ok with what I've lost so far. I'd like to lose another 25 lbs before the end of the year 🤞🤞. Everyone is doing great, so happy for all of us!!! [emoji106][emoji106]

Surgery weight-274

TOday weight-225

My issues I'm having still is not taking Vitamins like I'm supposed to and drinking 64 oz of Water. I'm starting to feel hungry now and even though I cant eat a lot I'm starving so I wonder if not drinking enough water is why. I made it my goal this week to start a plan to get start taking this more serious and not half ass anything.

Vitamins are important. I have some I got from Amazon and they are mix fruit chewable. I take them 3 times a day and look forward to them as a "treat". Make sure you get your Protein in as that is important too!

90 days out and 54 pounds down. I'm thrilled and tossing clothes like a crazy woman. Took tons to the resale shop. I know it is a journey and not a sprint Getting Protein in and that's about it. I had one cake pop a few weeks ago and savored each bite. I'm about halfway there and hopefully be at goal by my anniversary.

Currently waiting on a surgery date. Hope to hear soon. I have been fighting for the sleeve surgery for 10 years. I am so ready!

How can a bowel movement make me lose almost 4 pounds? How much poo am I full of?

I haven't pooped in a weed and I'd love a 4 pound poo right now lol

Lol, yeah, I've been known to drop 3-ish lbs after a good (and long awaited) poop.

.....or even after a moderate to severe dumping episode. yikes.

Those are championship cups for both you guys! :) I personally came up a 1.4lb winner this morning. ;) hehehehe.

I met with my surgeon on Friday.. I've completed all my tests and all my nutrition meetings as well as meeting the weight loss requirements for my insurance. We are officially submitting to insurance for approval and I was given a surgery date of January 16th 2020 (13 days before my birthday!) Fingers crossed all goes through

Ok, now im getting old...my body gets me up at my normal 5am dog walk even when it's the weekend, vacation, and most importantly when I'm sick. So now that I have more energy, my body wants to make sure I suffer even longer during the day when I have a cold! Damn being healthy again! (:D)
