I'm coming up on 3 months and feel pretty good most days. Still weak in my arms and legs but I attribute that to not getting enough calories. I'm going to the gym an hour a day 5 days a week doing treadmill for about 40 mins and the rest on weights. Still having trouble getting my protein goals but am doing much better on fluids.

I can definitely tell a huge difference in my body. It's exciting.
