Period won't go off
Mine has gone bizarro but I blame the melon sized fibroid I can now feel in my decreasing abdomen. The first period postop was fine but the second was unbelievably heavy and just kept going through to the third one which has now been hanging around with manky old brown blood for two weeks. I'm sure for a gynae appointment soon so I'll ask then.

I wonder if you could make it worth just regular chicken mince rather than canned chicken. Hmmmm.

I know. I thank God. I'm very lucky. We met on the Internet back in the days of dialup LOL. So Internet romances can work out.

❤ JANUARY 2019 CHALLENGE ❤
Clichéd but my greatest support is my hubby. He's never known me as anything other than morbidly obese. He met and married me when I was around 125kgs, and has been there for me even when I grew to 153.5kgs. He's supported me through a failed lapband and when I raised the possibility of revising to bypass he didn't hesitate to say yes even if it meant we'd have to self-pay (still waiting to hear back from the HSE for a reimbursement, bureaucracy *sigh*). He's encouraged me at every kilo lost and joined me walking every evening. He's the kindest, gentlest, funniest, smartest, handsomist person I've ever known and twenty years after we married I still love him to bits, alhamdulillah.

When did you really start to see results?
I saw a big change early on in the piece, maybe 6 weeks out - I seemed to lose a lot around my face and shoulders so it was quiet noticeable. Since then I don't see as much dramatic change as at first but I do feel it. I love crossing my legs, bending down to pick things up easily, I even started to try jogging!

Needed more cheese *sigh*. It had eggplant (which is a bit of a dicey veggie for me, I love it but it makes me suddenly rush to the bathroom to violently throw up about 75% of the time, not good odds but it's my favourite [emoji24]), vegan chorizo, tomato, onion, Turkish sucuk sausage, mini mozzarella balls and a teeny bit of chedder.

Ahhh yes, that would make it trickier! I've never thought of liquid vitamins b4 - I do wonder how well bypass peeps like me absorb the capsule / pill vitamins given our insides have been rearranged.

No judging here, my water and net carbs goals are whistling in the wind, but have you thought of putting your vitamins in a container near your kettle (or somewhere you visit often). I have a weekly pill container where the days are separated out so every morning I see last night's empty container and swap it for the new day's and start taking my meds and vitamins. Then coz I go to the kettle I see it during the day and remember.

One slip up probably won't stop your surgery, BUT it's a slippery slope if you rationalise away more slip ups. Buckle down and try really hard. These weeks before and after the surgery are the hardest but they are totally worth it! You can do this!!!

Top Weight Loss Tip: It isn't going to be very original but a few nuts (only a few) half an hour before dinner and I feel more satiated after dinner b/c my body is fooled into thinking I had a big dinner, then I'm not running around looking for more afterwards.
