I use Baritastic. It tracks my food and macros, has reminders, food recipes , i keep track of my poop with it and sync it with my FitBit Inspire to track my steps.

I remember her saying that she would have surgery to repair her rotator cuff in January. I miss Frustr8 too.

Age is nothing but a number. I had my surgery at 62 (63 now). I wish I've done it long time ago. It's amazing how it turned my life around for the better.

My VSG surgery took 50min (per my surgeon).
