  2. welcome to the board head hunger is harder than real hunger i have been seeing a counselor for those issues and it really helps me continue on the correct path of food for fuel only not for pleasure and security stay focused on why you had the surgery to start with we all have some sort of addiction to food and being lazy (not exercising ) stay positive and reach out to people who want to help with your success cheers !!!!

THE head game is so important on this journey it took me a long time to see the differences i am a large framed man at 6ft 2 not as big as i thought however this surgery has changed me for the better i am no longer the big guy i thought of my self as now i am just me as popeye said i am what i am

    i can add to that for sure i put on a pair of 32in waist last night and they fit thought the 34s were getting to big lol
  19. i know the feeling for sure every time i go for a walk its so rejuvenating to feel the movement without the pain or heavy breathing

  23. well to answer the question after the weight started to come off yes the pain does go away i have lost 160 and i dont take pain meds anymore at all i was eating a lot of vicoden prior for back feet and knees could not walk any distance as it hurt to bad and would get short of breath today i walk 5 miles a day and enjoy the freedom of no med s at all my balance took some time to catch up to my weight loss as i was wobly for a while now there is no pain when i wake up and none before bed i dont sleep with a heating pad on my back and ice on my knees anymore
