The Maintenance Thread
well i guess im in this phase a s well now have made my dr s goal and my personal goal still feel i could loose 10 more or soo think i will just keep doing what i have been doing and see what happens with out increasing the calories and increasing the exercise see how i feel and where the weight wants to be i still weigh every week and keep a record of what i consume daily water and food never hungry so i eat on a clock not when i would feel hungry otherwise i would not eat at all lol

Regained after GS
you must use your tool and not misuse stop beating yourself up and seek some help though counseling as well i know it has helped me be a better person to myself we are are worst critics as you know support groups may help as well and go back to that 800-900 calories a day and protein is first and water dont forget to walk and you could be back on track as well hope nothing but the best of results for you cheers you are already reaching out for the help keep going

When did you reach your goal weight?
my doctors goal was 210 lb (just under 8 months ) my personal goal is 200 the last ten pounds have been a s.o.b. just got to push harder to hit that and maintain it scale is still moving just like a turtle in hibernation (kinda slow ) we all do this in our time 12-18 months is what i was told it would take as some one else said im very dedicated to my health at this point almost hyper focused so i can hit that goal make you journey yours and enjoy the ride and the great success and the failures own them all and embrace and learn from both cheers to all !!!!

FIRST CONGRATS , DRINK WATER SO THEY CAN FIND YOUR VEINS STAY FOCUSED ON THE TOOLS YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE AND USE THEM AS INTENDED THERE WILL BE UPS AND DOWNS STAY FOCUSED AND WALK OR EXERCISE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN DRINK WATER AND REPEAT
