  1. So sorry. Yeah, the rollercoaster of "love" (or hate) is a real thing. LOL. And hangry happens!
  2. This. Everyone is used to seeing us through our MO filter. It will take them a while to get used to it too. Ignore her. Live your own agenda. Keep on going!! You're doing great!
  3. Ask your surgeon's team about when they want you to switch to capsules rather than liquids or chewables. And staying as low carb (veggies) as possible along with lean dense protein is my appetite suppressant. The more carbs I have, the hungrier I get.

@Sheribear68 Dang! What a difference 55lbs makes!!! I don't know if you can see it, but these last 5-10lbs on you really shows the weight dropping off of you and shows you shrinking! WTG! @MIZ60 Holy moly lady! What a tremendous difference!! ((hugs)) I understand your feelings! I can so relate! I used to totally hate looking at pics of myself! I am still not very comfortable with it. I hope it's just a process for us! You look beautiful and LOVE the last outfit (maybe best so far). Love the shoes again too! @KaysMommy Cute outfits! @Cheeseburgh LOVE the necklace! @AngieBear Loved the brunch outfit!!! I can also see you shrinkydinking!!!! WTG! Love your hair. It's so you! @NYJenn OMG. Love the wedding dress pic. Congrats!!!
  6. @Sheribear68 Dang girl! You are hitting it!! I'm glad to see a Feast Day in there. I think we all need a feast day at least 1 day per week--maybe more depending on what it takes to keep us either in maintenance or in WLM -- whichever reality is ours at the moment!!! IF sure seems to be your WL friend! Thank you everyone for chiming in and helping me work through the head work on calling GOAL! I decided yesterday that y'alls sage advice held merit. So I'm calling goal and revised it in my signature to 135lbs. Now whatever happens will happen. I will work to maintain and not regain. My 5lb window will be set between 130-135lbs. I know that sounds like it's only a "reframe" of goal 130lbs. But it's baby steps. I may later decide to make my 5 lb window be 135-140. I just know I feel better under 135. (Yes, I can feel those extra 3 lbs lol.) I actually made Goal #3 (135lbs) in July! I went back and looked when I first hit 135lbs. So I'm claiming GOAL! And I'm going to allow myself to celebrate the accomplishment!!!! TYTYTYTY for the encouragement and love!
  7. Congrats!!! You are gonna SOOOO enjoy that first meal! Take tiny bites and go slowly! Soft scrambled egg with cottage cheese and cheddar and taco bell mild sauce (should have omitted the cheese until I was regular) cuz it caused all kinds of mischief being backed up. Emphasis on soft scrambled... But the soft boiled eggs with a tiny bit of butter went down very easily too.
  8. Cool!! Congrats!
  9. But does he know how far different his version "as much as tolerated" is away from "YOUR" version? Cuz that is soooo atypical of peeps immediately post surgical and also peeps at your present weight in this time of year with the heat as it is...
  10. Oh great idea! Thanks for sharing!! And how did you feel? Did you "feel" like you reached goal in that span of time where you were 120.5-127? Of course, at 114, you should/could cross out the 127 and go back to 120.

Yas!!! Isn't it amazing?!! 82 lbs she's lost!!! MASSIVE!
  12. Ok, but you are recovering from a very serious surgery and are not taking care of nutrient needs right now. So at some point, you are gonna go to war with your body and you don't want to do that hon. The walking and build up will be there. But dial it back while you recover. Walk. Sure. Every day. Every hour! I literally started by walking 5 minutes every hour or two after surgery. Even though I was walking before surgery and had built up to 30 minute walks. But until your doc clears you for full on marathon level endurance activity, I'd dial back a bit. You don't have to take my advice. I'm just a shmo on the internet without formal training. ((hugs)) And you can still play here even if you do only walk 5 minutes per hour (I think you can do better than that of course...but why not ask your doc? He may give you the green light.)
  13. hahahaahahaha! Hilarious!!!
  14. hahaha! Why yes, we were separated at birth! And RBD = Really Big Dump = RBP = Really Big Poop = RBJ = Really Big Job. Can't wait to watch the experiment!!
  15. Dang! Girl! Congrats!! So look, just pace yourself right? It's the long haul marathon that counts and not how you "start". It's just me, but this amount of activity on only 12 days post surgery and the tiny amounts you are eating are not a sustainable mix for you...be gentle!
  16. Still in love with chia pudding! Today it's strawberry banana chia pudding made with Greek yogurt (plain) and kefir (plain). I swear this tastes better than any of those premade yogurts with fake sweeteners out there! You don't taste the "fake" sugar in this! It's just delish!

Ohhh! How cool! Can't wait to see 'em all!!!
  18. Oh wow! Totally missed this post!
  19. WTG! So you do the loop once then have 2+ more miles of movement the rest of the day? Or are you going 1.5 times around the track? Sounds beautiful!
  20. FluffyChix replied to sillykitty's topic in The Lounge
Oh LOVE that store! They have great sales, too!!! So the pants and shoes are from there?
  21. FluffyChix replied to sillykitty's topic in The Lounge
Oh wow!!! What a darling outfit! You look amazing and so so fit and tiny! Love your pants and sandals!!! Need them too!
  22. So question for all y'all! Do you think it's cheating then, to adjust my Goal #3 to be 135lbs in my signature line? So that I can look at it and see that "I crossed the finish line"? Or do you think my mind will still automatically go to the place of, "Yeah, but I didn't touch the 130line on Goal #3 and just "gamed" it"?
