  1. Yes! SOOO much better! I've lost over 155lbs and my pain level is infinitely better. I can do so much more even with chronic issues still remaining!!
  2. Me2!!! It's so easy to just poach em in whatever sauce like a shakshuka (sp?).
  3. Oh yum!!! That sounds amazing!!!
  4. This morning's breakfast was pretty great. So dang easy. Poached eggs in enchilada sauce with 2 cheeses and a side of steamed green beans with cumin lime yogurt "crema". All for 214 cals; 18g protein; 9g fat; 14g carbs; 3g fiber; 7g nat occ sugar. Get in mah belleh!

Are you MO? Fbombs in my opinion (and Dr. Jason Fung and Dr. Andreas Einfeldt) are only for people who eat a low carb lifestyle and who are at peak weight (no weight to lose). Otherwise, you do not need exogenous fat for either satiety or health. We strap and carry our own Fbombs as MO and O/OW peeps.

Too late for the party. @sillykitty what did you decide to do with the meeting outfit? LOVE the shoes, btw! And great calves/rack! I echo what everyone said...it's how YOU feel in it that's important. Just curious, are you wearing your butt panties since having the LBL?
  7. Start advertising for the new Sophomore Class.
  8. Congrats girl!!!! Let's NEVER take them off!!!
  9. I'm thinking from the sound of it, I might be allergic to anything ending in "mite."
  10. Hahahaha! I LOVE your post!!! Great realization and NSV!!! Then I laughed even harder at the pjs story! Take them to be tailored. True story. I'm STILL wearing my drawstring jams (4x) cuz I heart them so much and can't bear to lose them! When Mr. F. sees me in this outfit (so special), he will usually say something like, "There's a new sheriff round these parts!" Cuz he thinks I look like I should have a gun hangin off my belt. And a star. Mostly a star! WTG girl and congrats on your accomplishment!!!
  11. Sending prayers of strength and courage and His peace that surpasses all understanding. You are loved. We are here for you when you need us!
  12. Hey, I don't know if any of you guys need a bit of extra support. I just want to invite you to come join us online tonight in our meeting. PM me for the deets if you are in need.
  13. What kind of cheese is that? Yum!

    Too cute!
  15. Sorry you are going through this! Cancer is scary larry! ((hugs)) You won't regret doing the conversion. It is more complicated, but I hope you will feel immediate relief from the reflux and GERD!
  16. Nope. Get back on your plan this very next bite and carry on!!! ((hugs))
  17. GERD def masquerades as hunger hon, at least in my tiny Idaho!
  18. Look at the sugar content. I guess you just have to decide how or if it affects your weightloss, satiety, or hunger level. IFIFYM’s!
  19. Hahaha me having a brain fart! I got you confused with another of our Pals who made that for lunch today! *blushes* It's hell getting old girl!
  20. Hahaha! I could have written this yesterday! So I let myself eat healthy dense protein. For some reason, I'm craving cottage cheese, too! I had 109g of protein yesterday! OMG! LOL. But today, I'm not very hungry! So it comes and goes. When I'm truly hungry, I eat. But I won't let myself eat "crap" empty food during those times. Go eat a hardboiled egg! Or meat of some kind! ((hugs)) Also, lots of sugar in your guacchang sauce usually...so you could be having a blood sugar roller coaster.
  21. Dayum! Thanks for googling that! You should have posted to me LMGTFY. hahaha So sad though.
  22. Hey hon, will you look on your ingredients and see if it has soy flour or soy isolate in it please? If it's convenient! Love the shape of them!
  23. Nope. Before surgery I was obsessed with food and eating and eating large volumes. Now, I do 2 no-brainer 5 minute meals...snacks as needed. And then an easy dinner. I usually cook the protein 1-2x for the week and then morph dinners into lucky leftovers. So meals are like 10-15 minutes from fridge to table for 2. If I'm not hungry, I skip whatever meal was planned and move along little dogey. Example: B1 - Protein Latte x 3 (cuz it's mah jam and I love it) Breakfast - Egg/ham/light cheese/salsa steamed egg (<5mins total prep and cooking) Lunch - Turkey Cheese Wrap with arugula, po, rbp and WF Italian dressing + baby carrots or grape toms Dinner - Made IP French Chicken last week and also have leftover enchilada sauce, so this week am making Tex-Mex Chicken Lasagna Boats with mixed salad side. BS - Protein banana puddin' if needed.
