  1. You *could* exercise more if that works for you, but the first thing I would do is to meticulously track food and drinks to see if you are consuming more (or less) than needed. Sometimes I still underestimate the cals/macros in foods or plain forget I ate them.
  2. Echoing the other responses, excess skin is very easy to hide under clothing. I’m younger but still had a excess skin. I don’t think age is a problem (for plastics) unless the surgeon tells you no.
  3. Only your doctor can really help you figure that out. But sometimes when people think they are done losing early on it because: 1. They are close to their goal weight and the weight will come off much slower with many plateaus 2. They have accidentally placed themselves in maintenance through their diet. 3. There is some other medical changes like starting new meds
  4. I’m almost 4 yrs out and instead of going back to shakes I add protein powder to foods to boost the protein amount. If I bake a cake etc I always add protein powder to it. If I don’t want to cook l will eat a Greek yogurt. So this far out all of my protein can come from food.
  5. Nice! Welcome back to food ? I’ve never even thought to weighed or measured afters!
  6. Microwave boiled water works also, I’ve tried it! I honestly believe it just needs to be a certain temperature (what temp IDK so I go with boiling) to dissolve the cacao. It is a little annoying to jump through so many hoops so I do t drink it often ?
  7. Yes it was for the clumps ? For pure cacao : I stirred the paste of cacao, sugar substitute and a pinch of salt with a fork or whisk little at a time in boiling water until they dissolved and then added the milk last. However the exact opposite seemed to work for the SwissMiss, it needed cold water to dissolve.
  8. I sometimes buy this but It’s a little tricky to mix as it likes to separate (so I started making sugar free hot cocoa from scratch) I find if you mix it with a little cold water, let it sit a minute then add hot water, it turns out better.
  9. These are Aldi store brand. I don’t plan to eat these myself (too thick, I eat the sliced bread version) but my family said they taste exactly like regular burger buns.
  10. Congratulations!!!!?
  11. Congratulations! Hoping everything goes as planned for you!
  12. Fantastic response, 100% agree .
  13. Found these!!! It’s too much bread for me in one sitting so I’ll likely not eat any (but my family will ?) Has anyone else tried these yet?
  14. Congratulations!
  15. Awww thank you for your concern ❤️ I am well! I’m also just not very hungry lately, I think it’s seasonal. How is your recovery going?
  16. You may want to try Instagram/Facebook plastic surgery groups
  17. Oh nothing was wrong! I was very busy, it was very hot so ate snacks instead ??
  18. Dinner! This is the fabled “red bag” Aldi chicken fillets. They are very good. I’m still not cooking much so it was prepared in the Airfryer. No afters, I ate it all as this was my first “true” meal today.
  19. The first year I didn’t eat desserts often because my palate changed and every flavor was intensified but I totally understand wanting it. I tried to make smart substitutions like low sugar or sugar free items. Mostly Keto, protein or diabetic brands. As everyone says that first year is pretty critical because it’s the absolute fastest you’ll lose the weight and there’s a good chance you’ll overshoot your goal with can help as a buffer zone against possible regain (losing after regain later is possible but a lot harder).
  20. How could I forget all the paperwork ! I blocked it out ?
