  1. Breakfast: Kefir (w/honey & nuts) and Tea ?
  2. Dinner yesterday: chai, pinehurst grilled chicken salad and coconut cake (shared) I had the tea before eating so I didn’t eat much (1/3 the salad and 1/6 the cake).
  3. VSG 2017/ RNY 2019 plastics 2020/2021 I never took the before WLS pic. But here’s the after WLS and after plastics pics. I had a mommy makeover (tummy tuck and breast lift w/o implants then a posterior back lift and fat transfer to buttocks) 1st pic lowest post WLS weight before plastics 2020 2nd pic highest post WLS weight after plastics 2022
  4. Honestly this looks better than the cake in retrospect.
  5. I thought the tamago was cornbread! And I ❤️ seaweed salad.
  6. I didn’t even know you could order just a side of beans!
  7. I recommend a bowl with lid for storage of unfinished food and a cup/bottle with measurements to keep track.
  8. Lunch: Za’atar crusted lamb loin (spice side down ?) with salad (I didn’t eat the salad ?) and Peach Mango drink
  9. Incidentally we are fighting unreasonable egg prices in my area. I’d rather not eat/use eggs anymore. The Marzipanschleife looks really good? Is that dark chocolate?
  10. Your eggs always look so perfect.
  11. I’m glad you’re feeling better ❤️, still tell your doctor about any changes.
  12. If the pain is bad enough to prevent you from walking, it’s time to message your doctor and see what’s the next step. Get well soon ❤️‍
  13. I think it just means all of the evaluations need to be current (within the past 12 months) but don’t quote me. ?
  14. Every insurance company is different but it’s usually a medically supervised weight loss program (someone correct me if I’m wrong please). To know for sure you need to ask the insurance company directly. Also there may or may not be a separate requirement from the Bariactric practice so check that as well. If the owner of the spa is a licensed medical professional or there was a nutritionist on staff that may work. Even so you can ask your referring doctor to add your previous weightloss attempts with the spa to your records as a back up. Here is Cigna’s info on Bariatric surgery (it’s long but page 2 describes what you are looking for) https://static.cigna.com/assets/chcp/pdf/coveragePolicies/medical/mm_0051_coveragepositioncriteria_bariatric_surgery.pdf
  15. This was pre breakfast snack and breakfast (I didn’t take a pic of the tea) And this was my complete lunch (which I didn’t finish) And dinner ?
  16. I agree. Honestly I wanted the chocolate I forgot to buy ?
  17. A Cinderella style transformation. It can be weight related or not but it’s usually about becoming more beautiful in some physical way.
  18. Adding the term Glow Up to the “ick” list. Idk why exactly but mainly because it’s over used.
  19. Super busy so I actually haven’t eaten as much as I normally would BUT here’s a realistic look at the pre meal snacks (while waiting for my meal). I didn’t really want any of these snacks so I kept switching until I found something good. I never did so I gave up?
  20. I need everyone to know that I was rushing this morning and tried to drain the excess liquid from a Greek yogurt and 90% of it fell out. There was no way I was opening another or taking a pic for this thread so I just ate an abnormally small portion despite my last post ?
  21. That’s very sad to hear ?. I only post highlights of the things I’m eating (that aren’t boring) and definitely not every meal because it would be 6-8 a day. I’m going to try to be more transparent and post the full meals I have (including drinks and snacks). I really hope no one is alienated by this thread. It is absolutely not the purpose to humble brag about how little is eaten. I don’t like unrealistic standards either. They aren’t helpful. I hope you decide to post more because representing all levels really matters especially for people who only see the small portions and think it’s the only “normal”. Come back please ❤️
  22. Good tip and get well soon ❤️‍?
  23. My meal sizes are all over the place TBH
