  1. Fruit Salad with some Pumpkin Flax, Granola, & Vanilla Bean Yogurt. A Turkey Sausage Patty, 3 pecans & one potato slice my generous wife threw in! lol I started an Instagram page where I’m working on posting small plates with nutritious foods. You can see it at,” my_tiny_healthy_plate “.
  2. You’ll be fine! lol Everyone had to wait before eating solids.
  3. It takes me 20 minutes to eat & I can’t always finish. My meals usually average 1/2 cup or between 4-6 oz. depending on what it is. The more solid/hearty the food the less I can eat.
  4. I was scheduled for surgery on May 30, 2017. I was at the hospital with the IV in my arm and I backed out at the last second. A decision I regretted until January 18 2018 when I finally got sleeved. Biggest mistake I ever made but that’s what it took to realize my addiction to food. I so wish I could go back and have done it on the 30th now. The surgery went great and all is well. If you’re nervous on the day of surgery tell them immediately when you arrive at the hospital that you want something to calm you down as soon as possible. Also tell them that you want the patch behind your ear for nausea prior to surgery it last up to seven days. The surgery went great and all is well.

  18. I agree. I actually didn’t buy any 2X shirts my wife pulled out a box of my old shirts which are very nice & said surprise! That was a nice stash considering she saved them before the thought of surgery ever crossed my mind.
  19. I do eat out but not fast food. I go to salad bars that charge by the weight of your plate or even Golden Corral they also allow you to get anything you want & charge by the pound or in our case half a cup. It’s usually around two bucks unless I double the order for a meal later.
