Gastric Sleeve vs Gastric Bypass
A Sleeve can be converted to a bypass if necessary but bypass cannot be modified. Both are permanent though.

Why am I hungry?
Are you drinking liquid calories? I was told to drink only water as much as possible but none 45 minutes before meals or 30 minutes after meals. I was also told to only eat hearty foods with little to no broth or juice. Tim

OMG Approval wait killing me!
Keep me posted & I'll do the same. My last required appointment is mid April. Hopefully there are no surprises.

Has anyone kept it a secret?
I couldn't agree more. I to fully intend to keep my surgery private. Just hope my wife can do the same.

OMG Approval wait killing me!
I'm almost there & hope there are no more delays. My biggest fear after meeting requirements is more requirements.

Feel like a failure
Sleeve surgery is permanent & does not stretch. Lifestyle change is the answer. Only hearty foods no liquid calories & no water 45 minutes before meals or 30 minutes after. It's easy to forget the steps necessary to make this work. Go back to basics & eat as if you just had surgery again. Follow the plan & results will return.

Juicing
I was told as little liquid calories as possible.

Anyone here?
I have yet to get a response on here & to be honest I'm not sure I'm posting/messaging correctly. Is this app still active?
