My addiction to food is what made me regret having the surgery. I'm just a week post op and I feel great. I'm happy. Eating my little soups and popsicles. It's a mental battle of mind over matter. I started phase 2 where I can have fuller liquids. Made me some brown sugar cream of wheat ? I ate 2-3 spoonfuls and I was out. I felt like I just ate a 12oz ribeye with a loaded potato. I made a great decision for ME & my kids just my inner fat girl is screaming Whyyyyyyyy?! Wish you the best ❤️

I'm up for Gastric Sleeve in the late April to early June.

I am working towards the gastric sleeve.
Target date of August.
I would not want bypass or lap band.

Nope. Love's every minute. Where in the world can you lose 50 LBS. in 2 months?

I had the bypass on 2/15. No meds once I left the hospital and have followed the plan and I have no regrets. Everyone I've met through my program and support groups have loved whichever surgery they had. Only regrets have been not getting it sooner. Good luck, happy journey.
