  1. That’s awesome! I need to bump my exercise up a notch for sure!
  2. That sounds great! I was told to eat every 3 hours & I also can’t help but wonder if that’s to much. I’ve been eating nearly no carbs/sugar.
  3. Been there done that. Have had no problems getting my protein but still have to question calorie intake. I’m not saying I’m at a stall this early on by any means but the whole process seems like slow motion to me. I’ll be 9 weeks out tomorrow (Thursday).
  4. I’m tracking on an app & I get in my protein but still end up around 1200 calories.
  5. So I’ve been told to eat between 1000-1200 calories a day. I aim for around 200 calories per meal. I’m starting to wonder if 1200 measly calories is to much! I’m very curious. HOW MUCH DO YOU ALL EAT?
  6. Yeah I have trouble finishing 3. I’ve removed the outer pasta & ate the meat and veggies inside to.
  7. I use the smallest saucers for my meals. Yeah I miss those potatoes to. I bought a bag of very small fingerlings to throw a couple on the plate occasionally.
  8. I’m 9 weeks this Thursday. I’ve had very little pasta. No problems with any foods so far.
  9. I think I did say that & there’s no reason to be concerned at 2 months about how much you’ve lost. It’s been said repeatedly. 3 to 4 months is when you should be questioning stalled weight loss.
  10. They’re not bad. A little salty but I eat 1/2 a serving.
  11. Why thank you kindly! ”It’s so Fluffy I’m gonna die!”
  12. My bad those were the Chicken ones but they do sell Pork & Vegan as well.
  13. I got them at Costco. They come in a box with several packs containing 6 in each & with sauce. My 2 year old daughter eats the other 3 & usually eats more than me.
  14. You’ll be fine! Again I was sick as a result of my own actions. You have control over this. I was absolutely experiencing the foamy stuff during which time I felt nauseated in respects to what was happening. Of course I didn’t feel like standing or walking until it past but that’s to be expected when feeling sick. Again I made it happen by not following instructions. You now have foresight so don’t do these things & you’ll do great! You don’t get sick like that for no reason. You got this!
  15. Well yeah it’s never fun to get sick but it was a result of my own behaviors. Live & learn right. Don’t let these things scare you from making a decision about surgery. Everyone is different!
  16. I’ve had a couple of episodes where clear phlegm came up from eating to fast but have never thrown up actual food. It was nauseating though & I never want to go through it again!
  17. Nope I wish! Those were packaged but I will attempt them in the future. I actually don’t like to buy packaged/processed foods but sometimes there’s just not enough time in the day.
  18. There’s no such thing as a stall at 2 months post-op. You shouldn’t even bother weighing yourself until at least 3 or 4 months.
  19. Bibigo Pork Dumplings & Sesame Zoodle Salad with Cashews. 264 calories. Lovin this lunch! I post most a lot of my meals on Instagram at my_tiny_healthy_plate. I’m no Chef by any means but I love to cook & prepare food. It’s a work in progress.
  20. http://yonanas.com/ Try this! Just Frozen fruit & nothing else added. We have one & it works great. Any fruit or fruit mix you want.
  21. Not the best idea I know it was low sugar/fat as read in your post but how exactly does this factor in with this entire process? That’s the #1 thing we were told to avoid at my seminar from the very beginning. The first bad food in the topic of discussion. At two weeks out stick with healthy choices that will give you the correct calories/vitamins/minerals etc. For me personally ice cream is a thing of the past. It goes against the very reasons for doing this. I would advise better choices. Everyone on here went through the liquid/puréed stages. You can do this!
