  1. Wrong answer! Your still in the healing phase. There really are no such thing as stalls this early out. You’ll be fine just don’t deviate from your post-op plan.
  2. The answer is NO! Stay off the scale for 3-4 months. What your going through happens to most everyone & you should be concerned with nutrition & healing at this point. Don’t worry about your weight at this point. That will come later. And I know it feels like forever but it’s really not that long. Peace out!
  3. I’ve never stalled before. I’ve just weighed the same for many many days in a row until one day I weighed less.
  4. I pass on fried or breaded if at all possible. I’ve had a bite or two of chicken strips or nuggets but for the most part I eat boneless skinless or legs & thighs with skin on. Rotisserie hot wing size wings & drums are good to with or without dipping sauce.
  5. Check out my Instagram at “my_tiny_healthy_plate”.
  6. Thanks my friend. Not to bad yourself at 211!
  7. Well I hope everything goes smoothly for you & that you find resolve with your health problems. Best of luck!
  8. I love soccer! I used to play 10 years ago. I also would love to jump in a game indoor or out. Sounds like your on the move yourself. I’ll keep updating & you do the same. Sound good?
  9. Have your blood sugar & thyroid checked. Low heart rate at rest or poor circulation could do that. Hopefully it’s not neuropathy.
  10. Lost more weight on the elliptical than any other machine!
  11. MyFitnessPal to track all food exercise & water. It’s the best in my opinion. If anyone knows of a better one send it my way!
  12. So tell your legs hell yes grab a protein shake send off some one finger salutes & head to the gym!
  13. I will have to slow down eventually but it feels ok for the time being. People look at me like I’m a madman with a sweat soaked shirt!
  14. Honestly when I’m on the elliptical I can’t keep my heart rate low. I aim for between 120-130 but on that machine it’s higher. Always between 160-170.
  15. I get on the elliptical that does legs only & my heart rate jumps right up. That things awesome! Weight loss program 15 minutes on level 7 but I started out on 3 & worked my way up.
  16. And the next day oh how it does but I’m off to do it again!
  17. Richard Simmons! ? I’m definitely going to add Sweating to the Oldies to my play list. It don’t get any better than that!
  18. I'm doing 45- 50 minutes of HIGH HEART RATE CARDIO every day no lollygagging. I do upper body every Tuesday & lower body every Thursday. So far so good!
  19. I'm building up my endurance a little at a time. Keep up on protein carbs & fat! Get in all the nutrients you can.
  20. Expected that from you Fluffy! lol
  21. Will do & you as well. Nothing wrong with intermediate.
