MyFitnessPal to track all food exercise & water. It’s the best in my opinion. If anyone knows of a better one send it my way!

I'm doing 45- 50 minutes of HIGH HEART RATE CARDIO every day no lollygagging. I do upper body every Tuesday & lower body every Thursday. So far so good!

Way to go!!! Keep the posts coming so we know we can keep going too. Not as impressive as yours, but made my circles on the Apple Watch my kids gave me. I chose intermediate on exercise.

I’m 6 weeks post op and still haven’t hit the gym, how do you find the energy, I’m still trying to adjust.. struggles real

I'm building up my endurance a little at a time. Keep up on protein carbs & fat! Get in all the nutrients you can.
