  1. I found these at Walmart today. Can’t wait to try them!
  2. You might be surprised. I haven’t had the hiccups once since surgery. Before surgery I had them all the time.
  3. I hear ya! When I have to grab my napkin quickly to sneeze my meal is over.
  4. Yeah since surgery that last bite really can be a killer!
  5. I do that as well but it has nothing to do with being full. ?
  6. I drink nothing but water & protein. Are you drinking liquid calories?
  7. I’ll take sneezes over runny nose any day but either we still need a Kleenex.
  8. So weird that I haven’t had hiccups since my surgery.
  9. Seems to be a lot of people with these things happening but I’m happy with sneezing.
  10. Good to know! I’m finishing off my chewables then switching. They’re $34.99 for 90 day supply on their website.
  11. I Take one ProCare Health Bariatric Multivitamin in the morning & Calcium Citrate (from Costco) in the evening and I’m done! The price is hard to beat & they cover everything! https://procarenow.com/product/bariatricmivchewcitrus/
  12. You may or may not but if food is your addiction getting sleeved will most likely do more good than harm.
  13. You can get by without them. I skipped out on them myself. I blended soups or had broth. I tried a sugar free jello pudding & I kid you not everything else went in the trash. A few packs of pudding & jello all got tossed out. I wouldn’t even give that to my kids! I also used Garden of Life, Vega, & Orgain for protein powder. The nutrients you get compared to other milk based protein is essential for recovery in my opinion. I did eventually have some premier protein but I prefer plant based over the others. Garden of Life is still my favorite.
  14. Nope & I sneeze when full. I don’t think I’ve had hiccups since before surgery now that I’m thinking of it. That’s weird.
  15. I’m gonna google that right now. I’m learning all kinds of new things.
  16. That’s another new one but as long as it works right?
  17. Special Ability! I love it! Now I’m one of the X-Men. ?
  18. Congrats! What a great transformation!
  19. Yeah it’s interesting to hear of different indicators.
  20. Interesting! Well at least I know I’m not crazy now & if I am I’m not alone! ?
  21. Since my surgery I’ve had a built in alarm that tells me when to stop eating at meal times. I weigh/measure my portions & track my food but when I’ve had just enough to eat I sneeze EVERY time. Great thing to have to keep from overdoing it or getting sick. I love it! Anyone else acquire this awesome built in alarm since having surgery? Here’s tonight’s dinner. Rib-Eye Steak with Italian Style Veggies. I let out a sneeze with some still on the plate so I had to call it good but what I ate before that was good.
  22. That’s cool! I ate a Hershey bar today. Although it was a Hershey’s miniature.
