  1. Yes yesterday. Day 11 I could only get down about 375 calories. But I made up for it today. It seems like I go up and down. I am on soft mash able foods and ate some refried Beans, banana baby food, yogurt, and half a can of Bean and bacon Soup. Not to mention my Protein shake. So ate like a queen today.   4. For me it was Really it is my intestines they want to keep clear for a few reasons. Like constipation afterward, reactions to meds ect. I ate very lean but did not do the full liquid diet.   7. First and foremost, I am sorry your family is this way to you. Hugs. I am seriously confused, though. Why would they be mad at you for combing your hair? Isn't that basic hygiene? Because they let themselves go and i did my hair and makeup and dressed up so it was always mean nastiness. Like who do I think I am. Was not blessed with nice people.   13. Yes. I already had heightened sense of smell. Now I can actually smell the metallic can of something i eat or drink. I can't stand evergreen bushes. And i swear i can smell the chemicals in everything. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  17. Turkey will go down rough believe me. I am craving meat so badly but it just sits there at the opening of your sleeve unless your going to grind it up in the blender. I have chewed and chewed and still about choke. It tends to clump together in your stomach.
