  1. Well i am super pale and short and i have one scar main scar that is pretty big and puckered but I believe it was due to allergic reaction to the glue used to seal them. My incisions became very inflamed and the largest one on my right side is not pretty at all. But most people you can barely see it.   23. I am so sorry. It is tough. I had it for years before i had hiatal hernia surgery and it gave me Barrett's Esophagus which is precancerous. Luckily they fixed my large hernia and i have had none since surgery. But my doc still wants me on antacid to prevent acid erosion of my staple line. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
