Has anyone got a rash on all their incisions after they have been held

This may or may not be related to your question..... I was putting Vitamin E oil on my incisions because I heard that it reduces scarring. It caused redness, so I did some research and lo and behold, the vitamin E thing was not only debunked, but found to cause dermatitis in 50% of the study population.

Depending on the bandages you use you could have an allergy to the adhesive. I know for a fact that I'm allergic to elastoplast & that is what they frequently use to close wounds. My surgeon instead agreed just to surgical glue and so far I haven't had problems.

So I found out because I'm allergic to latex they had to use more stitches and my body is reacting to them that's causing the rash around them.

Yes as soon as i started showering and using soaps they got inflamed.
