Non eating days

Anyone else have days where you can't eat anything at all?

And on the flip side days where you're always hungry?

I find myself having a lot of non eating days where any food I look at makes me nauseous

Same here, some days im hungry some days everything is gross. I try yogurt just so i can take my multi Vitamin (because mine requires food) but that and Water is all i can do. When i first started solids I had a lot of those days, now i have less and less.I think its a phase.

Yes yesterday. Day 11 I could only get down about 375 calories. But I made up for it today. It seems like I go up and down. I am on soft mash able foods and ate some refried Beans, banana baby food, yogurt, and half a can of Bean and bacon Soup. Not to mention my Protein shake. So ate like a queen today. I was pretty worried yesterday when i just couldnt handle any food but my body made up for it.

You're on soft mashable food on day 11? I has surgery 10/25 and can't manage cottage cheese... can't imagine eating bean and bacon soup.
