I didn't lose anything the first two weeks either - not even a tenth of a pound. Then in the next two weeks I lost 22lbs. So instead of the typical week 3 stall, I just had a delayed start. Everyone is different. Just stick with your plan and have faith.

During the third and fourth weeks post-op, I lost a total of 2 pounds. I've been losing 1-1.5 pounds a day since. It will pick up. Just keep following your plan and meet your Water and Protein goals. The body is a complicated machine and sometimes it needs time to catch up with things.

My only stall so far is the first 10 days or so after my revision to sleeve. I chalk it up to water weight due to IVs, body adjusting... blahblahblah hehe. After that the weight is steadily coming off. Just meet those protein and water goals, and you'll be fine. :)
