  1. Wow, Thanks Rhapsody, I don't have a dieticien. The one my Dr. sent me too as a completely rude bonehead who I wanted to hit, and I get along with pretty much everybody. The whole time I was in there I was thinking "you will NEVER see me again." I'm gonna print this out. Thanks again. Maybe I should find another dietician. And no worries, Jodi and Christasha. Your always welcome to join in on the conversations.

I finally watched Milk yesterday. I cried for two hours. What a beautiful movie. It made me want to go protest. His acceptance speech for the award too, was just awesome. Anyone else seen it?
  3. I have I told you lately how much you rock? I haven't? YOU ROCK! On to the subject. This is not what I signed up for. I do not think we should have ever bailed out anyone, honestly. Bush started it, Obama is keeping it going. I don't like it, but I don't have a better idea and I understand that he is trying to keep our country out of a even larger economic crisis. I'm gonna sit back and let it happen. Me worrying about it isn't going to change things, I am focusing on social issues.
  4. I was wondering if you gals still drink those shakes after a year. I always hated them, but maybe it's time to pick them up again?
  5. ooooooooKay! I got my fill. I did, finally. Yep. Yesterday. I stayed on liquids for the rest of the day and had some oatmeal for Breakfast and I'm full. I will not drink while I eat, I will not drink while I eat, I will not drink while I eat. And today starts my dedication today to my wii fit. No more "I don't feel like it today" and no more "I'll do it tomorrow" Nope, I will get off my butt and do it today!
  6. In one year I 1. Went down a few sizes. 2. Deciding to get um "civil unioned" 3. Stopped to overfill on most seats. 4. Gave up 5. Got started again.
  7. I had just been so depressed with it, but I am so glad you replied, thank you. Let me know when your fill is. I heart you lady. Not drinking while eating continues to be such a struggle for me. I guess all I can do is keep trying.
  8. So just to catch up. I've read the twilight series twice now, and all the True blood books...also known as the Sookie Stackhouse series. It's written all about this area, Yes Julie they rock. In one of the books they talk about going to see "The Producers" at the strand theatre and I laughed so hard because I was actually there...of course I didn't see the warewolf attack outside  I have also been into Tamora Pierce lately. She's cool. And ww cookbooks too. I am currently rereading Jane Eyre.
  9. I didn't do crap this weekend, but this afternoon I am gonna sweat my butt off....literally.
  10. Cool Crystal- Okay, let's get in the zone. Korky- I'm glad to hear that LilMis- I heart you lady. I might have to take you up on that the next time I can't put down the candy. Audone- Thank you for up vibes.
  11. Happy late V-Day....guess what I did on valentines day? I bought me a brand new bright red toyota!!!! It's the best V-day present I could have ever gotten. Oh by the by. I managed to avoid any and all chocolates on V-day this year.
  12. J, I am so very very sorry. I can't imagine what you are going through right now. Deep deep regrets for you and your family. Love. Tara
  13. Hugs to you tapshoe...That sounds like a tough situation. I can't relate, but I can sympathize.
  14. I cried today...but I called the doctor and scheduled my fill. It's on Feb. 23rd. It's always hard to get in there, but I took a step. Thank you all for your encouragement. I really appreciate it. I am just so low with this. I am trying to concentrate on other things, but Damn it. I'm just sad. I'm crying now actually. I never really cry, so now you know how much you all mean to me. I really mean that. Tapshoes, thank you for trying to track me down especially. I just felt so ashamed and alone and usless. I couldn't face it, but I got the emails saying that you had sent me messages again and that is why I came back. One day I really want to meet you, I just hope that when that time comes their is less of me to meet. Okay I have to get offline for the rest of the day so I can concentrate on other things and maybe work out, but I will catch up with all the old post soon. I missed you all, I really did. I know that we don't really know each other in real life, but I truely love you guys. I have never had internet relationships before, but you guys are just as much my friends as the ones I have in my own town.
  15. I've stayed away because my weight doesn't move, and hasn't. I'm depressed, but I finally called my Doctor for a fill. My last one was the first of October. I've been putting it off because I really hadn't lost any weight since my last fill and I don't want to deal with that. I feel like a failure. I have a hard time not drinking when I'm eating and eating the right things, and I have never had proper restriction anyway so I am sorry that I haven't been around dear hearts, but I couldn't be happy for anyone or encouraging, I was too depressed about my own situation. I have been excercising. I've been trying to make better decisions but it doesn't move the scale and hasn't in months. I started off at 330 lbs and was hoping to be 100 lbs down by now. I feel so sorry for myself. Anway. That is why I haven't been around, I just haven't wanted to deal with it. I'm sorry you guys.
  16. Happy New Year Tapshoes!
  17. Me too tapshoes. By the way. I missed you. Rhapsody- nice post
  18. Congratulations! You have worked so hard. I'm so happy for you. I bet that felt good.
  19. Oh New Years resolutions huh? Okay. I need to lose another 60 lbs this year. That would put my total at 126 lost. I'm gonna work out two times a week at the gym and play my wii fit as often as possible. And I'm not not not gonna drink when I eat. DANG IT!
  20. Well, I have lost 66 lbs. Not nearly what I hoped for, but I am really gonna kick my but in gear on the new years.
  21. Merry Christmas and Happy Hannakuh. I haven't been coming because I just can't think of weight loss right now. After January 1st I promise you will see me more. I love you guys and miss you, and will let you know what's going on later. I just can't handle thinking about diets or lapband stuff right now. Love you love you love you!
  22. My christmas goal this year is not to gain. That's it. I will kick myself on new years. But as it is, I am just gonna work on not going backwards right now. New years I will start my resolution exercise routine.
  23. Oh I love that salad.
  24. I didn't gain. I didn't lose. But I had fun. Some icecream, some pumpkin pie, lots of turkey After Christmas I'm getting a fill, but my fills aren't free so I have to save.
