Milk

I finally watched Milk yesterday. I cried for two hours. What a beautiful movie. It made me want to go protest.

His acceptance speech for the award too, was just awesome.

Anyone else seen it?

Really? I saw it about two weeks ago and thought it was more Lifetime movie then something up for an Oscar.

I just felt that the characters hadn't been developed.

I like Sean Penn but I thought the guy who played Nixon had a much harder job. I mean everyone knows Nixon and that guys performance was spot on. I don't know if Penn's was because who knows Milk - no disrespect intended to the Milk fans.

Not trying to be an A** - just telling you what I thought

I haven't yet because I've been busy, but I really want to. I heard its excellent.

FYI: not to change subject but if you have OnDemand and Lifetime, check out the movie "Prayers for Bobby". Also have a whole box of Kleenex next to you too.

I loved the movie and Sean Penn is a great actor. I am glad he received the Oscar!

I really enjoyed the movie; Sean Penn was deserving of the Oscar. It is one movie I have added to our collection; a movie to be enjoyed more than once.
