Nut! You better get to hopping on the treadmill! Here is a swift kick in the bum!!! I am slowly catching up on everyone's posts... I have been SUPER busy at work though! I just about died today! I have been wanting to tan, so I found a place near work that I could go during lunch... well, there was SUPPOSED to be a girl working there... and there was a HOT guy. I almost pulled right back out of the parking lot... because me and HOT guys... don't go together ANYways... I said to myself to get over it and go tan hooch! SO I DID! He was the nicest guy... and he was even flirting with me (he had a wedding ring on and so did I) BUT man, that felt GOOD!!!

I just talked to someone in Spivak's office and basically there is some truth in what you say. In "MY" particular case with my coverage... My fills are still only $20 because I have out of network coverage. BUT, like you said... IF I hadn't already had my surgery... it would have cost me a lot more. Don't worry guys! Dr. Spivak and his office is currently trying to work with UHC to get them to meet him halfway. He is seriously interested in the needs of his patients and will do everything he can. UHS is only wanting to give Spivak a tiny amount for performing the surgeries... SO... that is where this is all stemming from. Thanks for the info NewSho!~!

I don't think you did anything wrong. Like I think I said in your old post... It is horrible for Grandparents to act that way. If they have a problem with you and hubby, fine, but leave the kids out of it. I swear there was a Dr. Phil episode VERY similar to this!!!! Call Dr. Phil!!!!

I was banded on Nov 9th and I have lost 58 pounds... FEELING great!!!

I started out in an 11, and now I am in a 10 with 58 pounds lost!

Am I the only one in this club who doesn't count calories? Just curious??? I only eat when I am hungry... and then, I eat meat first, then veggies and fruit. It seems to be working great for me. I don't see how you guys count calories. It is too difficult for me. This last fill has really been GREAT for me. If I put something in my mouth when I am not physically hungry... it won't go down! I LOVE my band!

A lot of people can fluctuate 2-3lbs a day... So I wouldn't worry about that in a week... I was 272lb yesterday and this morning.. 275lbs. Tell her to not worry about it!

OK, guys and gals... have to share something that happened at lunch... I went to JC Penny's and wanted to try on some shirts... I picked up all 2X, because they looked small to me... Well, I had to go back out and get XL!!! Hey, when this all started I was struggling to fit into 3X!!!!

No I don't speck Czech... my grandparents do. I would love to learn. Supposedly our family names are pretty common there??? Have you ever heard of Matula or Kalina, Sabrsula? Just curious??? Good luck to you!!!!

Eficka~ Welcome!!! My family on both sides are originally from Czech!! It is so awesome to meet you. I want to travel there one day! The Czech heritage does seem to have larger people. My family is overweight all over. All of that great food and pastries! Welcome Again!

Thanks! My DH's buddy went with us last night, and he is like my brother. They all think of me as one of the guys. I NEVER get compliments from the guys, EVER. Well, last night he told my DH when they went to get something to eat, that I looked good. Then on the way home, I was saying how cool it was that I have lost almost 100lbs since my daughter was born. He then told me that I looked good... It just made me happy that people are FINALLY noticing. I like being called HOT!!!!

Holy crap guys!!! I weigh 273! That fill I had is working so well I just don't know what to do!!! I LOVE my band. I went to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo last night. My DH's old boss was TOTALLY hitting on me!!! I was luvin every minute of it! He told me like 5 times how hot I looked!!!!
