I was approved at 24 with a BMI of over 40, no comorbidities.

No change in weight for me this week! That is OK though. I am still happy. Too much cold beer this weekend I suppose!

I am 24 and banded... not too far away from you. If I could have had the band at 17, I would not have gotten into the shape I was. I think it is a great tool, and I wish you the best of luck.

Finally got to walk again! Yes, it felt good. My husband has been getting home too late for me to go to the track, so I haven't been going. Walked 2 miles last night and the weather was perfect here in Texas for it! My size 18 (yes 18 jeans) are SO comfy. Thought I wouldn't be able to breathe in them, but I like them. I want to go out and buy tons of clothes, but then I will be down in a 16 and what good will a bunch of 18's do? Keep up the great work people!

Guess who got herself into a size 18 jeans today!!! YIIIIIIIIPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!! I can not believe it... and I CAN BREATHE!!! They are some Old Navy jeans I ordered. MY size 20 Lane Bryant jeans were getting saggy in the booty. So, I ordered these... didn't think they would fit already!!!!

If you are really worried, which understandably you are, you need to call and know 100% what you are expected to pay. Simple as that.

The girl I talked to at Spivak's had said that Spivak didn't want to deal with UHC because they were only wanting to give him $1100 and that isn't beneficiary to him or his patients. He is currently trying to work something out with UHC. I think it is UHC's fault and I TRULY believe that Spivak is doing all he can to make it better for his patients.

Oh, can't believe I forgot to tell you guys what happened last night. We went to a Mexican food place in town and they have 99cent Margaritas on Monday and Tuesday... Well, the place was PACKED! When we got there, there were 3 girls that I went to High School with. We were friends at one point, but then they did some horrible stuff to me... ANYWAYS, I am currently in the same size clothes I was my Senior year. These 3 girls have gained a LOT of weight, I mean... 2 of them were 2X the size they were in High School. I went over and talked to them, because one of them has a daughter around the same age as mine and we are distant cousins. (Someone keeps telling me our daughters look alike) Those 3 girls looked me up and down... I could tell they were shocked at my size (good shocked for me) My husband couldn't get over how big they had gotten and he was talking about it ALL night. I know it is mean, but it made me feel nice to see that skinny bitches have to deal with weight too! I felt horrible that they had gotten so big, I really did, but they were SO mean to me back then... that it felt good that I could look nice for once! Anyways... it was a really cool night!

The first thing I said was "Oh shit, I peed on myself" "I told you guys that would happen!" IT was quite embarassing!
